Here at Angel Maternity we want you to be 100% happy with your purchases and we do our very best to ensure that you receive goods of the best possible quality. We therefore allow customers to return or exchange any products (except underwear) which are faulty or don't fit within 14 days of receiving them.
However, in the situation where you believe that a garment may be faulty, or different from the description provided on the website, please contact us on email@example.com, and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We will require the garment to be returned to us to be examined, and if the garment is indeed identified as faulty, you will be reimbursed any postage fees you may have incurred returning the garment. A receipt for the postage cost must be enclosed. Unfortunately we can't issue refunds where a receipt is not included.
An Exchange Form is available online to download. Please send the item(s) you wish to return with the completed form to the address on the form.
